Holiday
AceRota provides a highly efficient holiday management system. As a manager, you can set out advanced rules to automatically decline holiday requests that would leave your business short-staffed.
Staff can quickly and easily and book leave (annual leave, TOIL, etc.). They can review their booked leave, and check the status of pending leave requests.
Absence
All absences are recorded in AceRota. The Bradford Factor (or Bradford Formula) is used to measure employee absenteeism.
