Right to erasure
The right to get your data deleted is also known as the “right to erasure”. If you want to delete your data, you can do this at any time in the “Settings” menu of your AceRota app. If you’re not the business owner or an administrator then we’ll get back to you and the administrator contact.
This page is related to your right to get your data deleted for the app AceRota.
Delete data
To delete your data and keep using your account, here are the steps:
First you must select in your AceRota app
Settings > Data > Erase my dataYou will still be able to access your account but all the data will have been deleted
We’ll get back to you to confirm your right to get your data deleted (and make sure there is no mistake) within one calendar month
There is no fee associated
Data will be deleted with some delay:
- data in backups can’t be deleted straight away for example
- the deletion process will also occur out of business hours
Delete account
If you want to delete all your data including all the user accounts related to your AceRota account, you must select Settings > Data > Erase my account.
The process will be the same as for deleting data, but all the data will be deleted. You won’t be able to connect again (you would need to recreate an account which is quick and simple).
